What is it all about?
The new layer in cyberspace, has both governance over it, and a variety of new
features, a semantic layer, a data grid layer, guide layers, and digital property layers
within the overall 3rd generation web architecture itself. But most of all it is an immersive drive through internet.

The above are all good questions. Why do we feel authoritative in explaining the new architecture when so many others are struggling to define it beyond vagueness?
Because, over 20 years ago we started designing it, a web architecture that addressed a number of the issues brought up by web 1.0. And we literally wrote the book(s) on this architecture.
